Achmea has a 100% stake in Interamerican Bulgaria. Interamerican Bulgaria is a small player with big ambitions. It currently offers life and non-life products and services through all distribution channels.

History

1998

The Interamerican group (Greece) establishes Interamerican Bulgaria.

2001

Eureko (the current Achmea) acquires the Interamerican group; Interamerican Bulgaria becomes an independent Eureko operating company.

2008

Interamerican Bulgaria adds life products to its existing services.
