Achmea Academy provides continual training and education. It also facilitates knowledge and expertise exchange, which is essential in any knowledge-intensive industry. For managers, we provide an extensive range of leadership and accelerated learning programmes. The Achmea Management Development Programme trains young, ambitious managers. Meanwhile, our Management Development programme has reviewed and profiled every manager and specialist in the top 1,600, generating an Individual Development Path for all. In addition, our award-winning International Management Traineeship programme offers international opportunities for ambitious starters with a background in general or financial management.
