Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee oversees Achmea's remuneration policy which is aimed at recruiting and retaining the highest calibre executives. The committee's primary task is to monitor policy application. A regular review of remuneration is carried out to ensure that reward levels are appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of the role. This includes a suitable balance between fixed and performance-related elements. The Remuneration Committee consists of five members drawn from the Supervisory Board:
